Bernstein raises its Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) target from $167 to $174, citing the strong long-term potential of Azure and the commercial cloud business.

Analyst Mark Moerdler says the cloud business is “core” to Bernstein’s Outperform thesis.

Microsoft shares are up 0.4% pre-market to $150.45. The company has a Very Bullish average Sell Side rating.
